Celebration plans for the 6th annual Main Street Food Truck Festival in downtown Little Rock are well underway! The 2016 festival will be Saturday, September 24, from 11:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. between 3rd and 8th Streets on Main Street in downtown Little Rock. We would like to offer you the opportunity to perform at this great festival, noted as an AR Times People’s Choice award for Favorite Festival since it began and recently selected as one of the best in the country! http://vacationidea.com/ideas/best-food-truck-festivals.html.

Once again, the festival will have an abundance of fun activities for all ages—mobile eateries, handcrafts, local musicians, beer gardens and live performances. We will also be joined by the Budweiser Clydesdales! Last year the festival had over 22,000 in attendance and 46 food trucks from across the state! The event is a project of the Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) and the Main Street Revitalization Committee with a mission of bringing people and activity to Main Street.

Saturday, September 24 from 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. Main Street Food Truck Festival is an outdoor event and no alternate rain date or site is planned. One should come prepared for the weather.

Set-Up

Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled performance time. Bring all items needed for your performance:

These items will not be furnished by MSFTF organizers. The entertainer is also responsible for leaving the performance area in the condition that it was originally received.

Electrical cord-LONG- you will be able to plug into 120V outlets on the street.

CDs of your performance to sell

Any other item(S) needed for a successful performance

We encourage you to be creative! This is a fun family festival. We want everyone to experience it at its best!

Performance & Location

Performance location and time will be assigned. Each entertainer will receive an e-packet with his or her particular performance information the week of September 12 including how to get to the performance area.

The areas will include the blocks 300-800 on Main Street and several blocks on Capitol Ave are being considered to accommodate the festival crowds.
